radar blocking?

   anyone know anything about the radar blocking schemes...? gives a wrist coach to the linemen and allow them to make sort of "audibles" there is a book thats out of print and go for nearly $200 and i just dont want to drop that much on something that im not even sure that i will use... wondering if anyone has heard of it, uses anything like it, or actually has the book maybe...?
